so if you get rid of air bubbles in the batter, it’s a good thing?

jakatak69 @ 10:41 am #

@TFiPW it looks better. You will have a smooth surface rather than a holy one.

hmmm ive always been taught when melting chocolate is to have it in a bowl over a pan filled with hot water? that way theres virtually no risk of burning?

jack you have already made it easy for your neighbors above now please think about going south. Mexicans watch your channel too and I’ve sent your videos to my mexican friends and said they’d love to try your sauce. I’d sent them some but they’re too many and I don’t have much money to spare haha. Thanks man,

A better option is to use salted butter. You can bypass adding the salt that way, and the taste is identical.

@SemphasNecros I hear you. We stopped shipping outside the USA because all the packages got busted. It’s just a nightmare sending international. Have them send you money then ship to them. LOL
BTW, I am doing tamales for a Christmas episode.

Can you leave the dividers in while baking? That way all pieces are edge pieces? My friends and family love edge pieces.
