Deliciousness galore! Thanks for telling about the nutrients in raw carob. I’m loving it too, but I didn’t even know what goodness it contains. I’m gonna make a yumpot tomorrow. I have a carob shake almost every day. 2 frozen bananas, 1 cup almond milk, 15 drops English Toffee stevia, 1-2 tbsp. raw carob, 1 tsp. maca, 1 tsp. psyllium powder, 1 tbsp. lecithin, 1 drop dark chocolate extract= major yumminess:)
Angela, can you tell us about granadilla? I’ve never heard of it, is it a Ecuadorian fruit? Thanks for the carob video. I’ve never made anything with it before, I’ll have to try it in a smoothie. xoxo
You guys are so funny together!

Your home looks beautiful.
my favorite RAW FOOD TV shows are the ones where Matt experiments with super high doses of his own products. That would be a great show where you go through your top 10 favorite products you sell you could do one product a day, and take tons of the product and show us the results.
Thanks lovely people for the show.
I have no questions today DX
Namaste
@myraUSA Thanks for that, I’ll be giving it a try
hey guys! a couple questions,
1 – what is the difference between “orange flavour extract” and “orange essential oil”?
2 – what is exactly is lecithin made from, and is it raw?
xo

Just wanted to say I have been enjoying watching the two of you for the past 3 weeks, my wife and I just turned raw vegan and we love it. I am certified nutrional consultant and have always ate healthy, but now this is taking it one step futher for us. I am a musician song writer who is very spiritual and hope to bring the message of unconditional love to the world. Love you home and what you guys are doing. Keep it up.

Hi guys, I just looked up old episodes #84, 85,& 86 when you were first viewing your raw land in Vilcabamba – so cool. You’ve come such a long way. Angela wanted a yurt in one of the episodes. Does this dream still hold true. It was also fun to see Angela with her mom on mother’s day planting seeds with her, and look at you now – you have your own prolific garden… I love it. You’ve come a long way in a short amount of time.
what is the phrase angela always says? its like “Baba” or something? what does it mean? i like it hahha
