unsalted or salted butter?
I use unsalted butter to prepare the “brownies” recipe.

i see that you don’t use cocoa powder. Are these brownies supposed to be rich or just chocolaty?
For this recipe I use chocolate 70% cacao, so it’s enough rich and we keep the delicious taste.

why does the brownie batter look so thick?
the last thing i want to do on my day off is make brownies from scratch. duncan hines brownie mix to the rescue and push that crap to the side.
