That is not a brownie…maybe if you used a chocolate protein powder….
REALLLY???SERIOUSLY??? haha
how about you SHOW us the last result of your delicious almost believable *brownie*
@Amatreas it is more of a molten cake. It’s good!
I think that I’ll stick to my real brownie with real chocolate, butter and sugar.
It’s so easy, and it sounds delicious.
hmmm food stored in plastic bottles and then cooked in the microwave makes me go yuck, sorry. I prefer to eat plain Greek yogurt for my proteins if I need em. =)
I was skeptical about this, but I followed your recipe and just used half of the whole wheat flour you suggested….it came out pretty good. Not as sweet as a brownie, but still the consistency of a cake. I topped it with sweetened greek yogurt as “frosting”
and it tasted great! My husband even wanted one after I made it. Thanks Holly!
Sound really good! I love the consistency of a cake/brownie, but it doesn’t need to be as sweet for my taste. I will definetly try this!
Would it also be good to use a non-flavored protein powder and then use Amazing Grass chocolate powder? (I want to try that last one, I don’t think it’s a protein powder.. right?)
eat chicken or fish taste better and healthier
Could you show us what it will look like? The fear of the unknown is taking over. LOL
she did use chocolate protein powder
