That is not a brownie…maybe if you used a chocolate protein powder….

REALLLY???SERIOUSLY??? haha
how about you SHOW us the last result of your delicious almost believable *brownie*

ExerciseTV @ 12:39 pm #

@Amatreas it is more of a molten cake. It’s good! :)

I think that I’ll stick to my real brownie with real chocolate, butter and sugar.

SuperVictoriaa64 @ 3:59 pm #

It’s so easy, and it sounds delicious. :)

hmmm food stored in plastic bottles and then cooked in the microwave makes me go yuck, sorry. I prefer to eat plain Greek yogurt for my proteins if I need em. =)

I was skeptical about this, but I followed your recipe and just used half of the whole wheat flour you suggested….it came out pretty good. Not as sweet as a brownie, but still the consistency of a cake. I topped it with sweetened greek yogurt as “frosting” :) and it tasted great! My husband even wanted one after I made it. Thanks Holly!

Sound really good! I love the consistency of a cake/brownie, but it doesn’t need to be as sweet for my taste. I will definetly try this!
Would it also be good to use a non-flavored protein powder and then use Amazing Grass chocolate powder? (I want to try that last one, I don’t think it’s a protein powder.. right?)

eat chicken or fish taste better and healthier

Could you show us what it will look like? The fear of the unknown is taking over. LOL
