Parfait mais alors parfait ! Il est trop bon ! Je viens juste de le faire. Par contre je me suis permis de changer la recette, j’ai mis 150 grammes de chocolat pâtissier et j’ai mis 50 grammes de chocolat au lait pâtissier et c’est hyper bon !

Hey Titli, you keep saying “sweet enough for my taste”, well how does it compare to shop brownies? Also, is there a way to make them more “moist”?
I was drinking chai while watching this video, and when you tapped your nose regarding the “extra ingredients” I spit some of my chai out onto my keyboard. You’re ridiculously funny and awesome!
@KnightMD yes there is actually. You can reduce the amount of eggs by one or two and cook for slightly less time. The toothpick may come out a bit moist, but as they are cooling, the sugars stay hot and continue to cook. The end result is a moister brownie.
