Directions: What You Need: eggs, oil, water. 9×13 Pan: 1 Prep: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray or grease 9 inch x 13 inch pan. 2 Mix: Combine 3 eggs, 3/4 cup oil and 1/2 cup water. Add to brownie mix and blend well by hand or with electric mixer. 3. Bake: Bake at 350 degrees F for approx. 38-42 minutes. Brownies are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on cooling rack 15 minutes. Run knife around edge of pan before removing. 8×8 Pan: 2 Mix: Preheat oven and prep 8×8 pan as directed above. Combine 1 egg, 1/3 cup oil, 1/2 cup water and 2 1/4 cups dry mix (To properly measure dry ingredients, spoon into measuring cup and level off with the flat side of a knife). Blend well. 3 Bake: Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 30-35 minutes. Test and cool same as above. Lower fat option: Substitute apple sauce for some or all of the oil for a delicious low fat alternative. Cooking time may vary slightly.Ingredients: Evaporated Cane Juice, Sweet Brown Rice Flour, Dutch Cocoa, Tapioca Flour, Arrowroot Flour, Salt, and Xanthan Gum.

Directions: What You Need: 1/2 Cup oil; 1/4 Cup water; 2 Eggs. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F for metal or glass pan (325 degrees F for dark-coated pan). Grease bottom of 13×9-inch pan or spray with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Combine brownie mix, oil, water and eggs in large bowl. Beat 50 strokes with spoon until all dry mix is moistened. Spread in greased pan. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 28 to 30 minutes. Cool completely. Store covered. High Altitude (above 3500 feet): Add 1/2 cup flour to dry brownie mix. Increase water to 1/3 cup. Bake as directed above. Double Batch Brownies: Grease bottom of 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Combine 2 packages brownie mix, 1 cup oil, 1/2 cup water and 4 eggs; mix as directed above. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 37 minutes. Extra Rich & Moist Brownies: Grease bottom of 9×9-inch pan. Mix as directed above. Bake for 38 to 42 minutes. Cake-Like Brownies: Follow basic directions except use 3 eggs.Ingredients: Sugar, Enriched Flour Bleached (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and Cottonseed Oil, Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Cocoa, Corn Starch, Salt, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Baking Soda, Nonfat Milk, Soy Lecithin.

OH MY GOD these are good! These will be made again they are simply delicious. The recipe in the video is a HALF recipe. Below is the original recipe. I basically just halved all of the ingredients when I made mine. Except for the time that you cook the brown sugar / corn syrup mixture. I reduced the times to 1 minute and then 30 seconds (instead of 45 s) because I found the caramel layer to get hard and brittle if you cook it longer than that (for the half recipe). If you make this and the caramel turns out hard and brittle reduce the cooking time of the syrup/sugar mixture in the microwave. FULL RECIPE: 2 (8-inch) boxes brownie mix 1/2 cup peanut butter 11 tablespoons water 1/4 cup oil 2 eggs 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup corn syrup 1-1/4 cups peanut butter 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips 1/3 cup peanut butter Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, combine brownie mix, 1/2 cup peanut butter, water, oil, and eggs; mix until combined, then beat 30 strokes. Pour into greased 13″ x 9″ pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until brownies are just set; do not over bake. Let cool on wire rack. In medium microwave-safe bowl, combine brown sugar and corn syrup. Microwave mixture on high for 2 minutes, then remove and stir. Return to microwave and cook on high for 1-1/2 minutes longer. Remove from microwave and immediately stir in 1-1/4 cups peanut butter. Directions: You Will Need: 1/3 cup oil, 2 large eggs and 1 Tbsp water. (2 Large eggs for chewy brownies. 3 Large eggs for cakey brownies.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 1. Yields: 36 brownies Ingredients: 1 (18.25oz.) pkg. brownie mix 2 eggs ½ cup oil ¼ cup cold coffee 2 cups chunky peanut butter ½ cup butter, softened 2 cups powdered sugar 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. vanilla, divided ½ cup heavy cream 1 cup chocolate chips Chopped roasted peanuts for garnish Preparation Directions: ~ Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownie mix according to pkg. instructions using coffee in place of water. Cool completely. ~ Meanwhile in a large bowl, beat peanut butter and butter on medium until well blended. Gradually add powdered sugar and tbsp. of vanilla, beat until smooth and fluffy. Spread over brownies. ~ In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and chocolate over medium heat, stirring frequently until chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in tsp. vanilla. Cool 5 minutes and spread over peanut butter filling. Sprinkle with peanuts. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
