I just did my own twist to it, because the one above was a bit spongy. So I did my best to make it gooey and fudgy, just the way we love our brownies. This is a simple homemade brownie recipe that makes 16 servings. Brownies 3/4 cup flour 3 eggs 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) Frosting 1/2 cup semi-sweet chips 1 tablespoon butter Brownie Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8×8 baking dish. (Tip: Instead of greasing the pan, line the baking dish with aluminum foil and grease the foil. When your brownies are done, you can just simply lift them out of the dish.) 2. In a small sauce pan, melt the butter and chocolate on low heat, stirring constantly. Once the mixture is smooth, set aside to cool. 3. While the chocolate is cooling, mix the sugar, vanilla, and eggs in a medium size bowl. Blend until fluffy. 4. Then add the flour, salt, and chocolate. Mix well. 5. Spread the batter in the baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 36-38 minutes. Once done, allow the brownies to cool for one hour before adding the frosting. Frosting Instructions Don’t prepare the frosting until just before you’re ready to put it on the brownies. 1. In a small saucepan, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and butter. Stir constantly until smooth and fluid. 2. Drizzle or spread the frosting on top of the brownies. Let cool. Now you are ready to slice your brownies into 2 inch squares. Serve with a tall glass of milk… Yummy!

Ingredients:

1/2 c Butter or margarine softened
1 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Hershey’s Syrup
4 Eggs
1 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1 c Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan. In large mixer bowl, beat butter and sugar. Add syrup, eggs and flour; beat well. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. About 36 brownies.

Ingredients:

1/4 t. salt
1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. margarine or butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 ripe banana, well mashed
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup broken walnut meats
No baking powder or soda. This makes them extra dense and moist.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F, (325 for a glass pan). Combine flour and
salt in a small bowl. Set aside. Melt margarine or butter and
unsweetened chocolate in a small pan on low heat. Cool to room
temperature. In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add
mashed banana. Stir in chocolate mixture. Gradually sift and
stir in flour mixture. Add chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour
into an 8″x 8″ pan that has been sprayed with Pam or cooking
oil. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Rich Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

Ingredients:

16 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 c Sweetened condensed milk
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 c Walnuts; coarsely chopped

Directions:

In top of double boiler, placed over simmering water, melt chocolate. Stir in Sweetened condensed Milk. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn into greased, waxed paper OR metal foil-lined and greased again 8×8″ pan. Bake in 375 degree F oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Turn out of pan onto cake rack. Peel off paper. Cool. With sharp knife cut into 2″ squares.
